Julie started her real estate career in 2011 at Heitman, LLC, a global real estate investment management firm with $43 billion in assets under management. She worked extensively on institutional value-add private equity and structured debt funds.
Following Heitman, Julie worked at Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, a $2 billion first mortgage discretionary bridge debt fund focused on value-add and transitional properties with 50% of the fund allocation dedicated to multifamily assets. Here she supported the origination team by sourcing, underwriting, structuring, closing and asset managing investments. She also participated in preparation of Private Placement Memorandums and securing warehouse lines of credit.
Most recently she was a Vice President at Westminster Capital Group, a high net worth family office. At Westminster she focused on acquisitions, asset management and dispositions covering multifamily, flex-office, office, medical office, industrial, student-housing, and storage investments. She was also responsible for loan origination and servicing.
Julie attended the University of Dayton, where she earned a BS in Accounting and Finance in 2010, and an MBA in 2011.
